Certified Master Chef Dale Miller, AAC (from Jack’s Oyster House, Albany) will present a live production of “Cooking with Pride,” a CIA Great Chef Series.

Cooking with the Masters
Saturday – 1 to 3 pm

Learn from Certified Master Chefs as they prepare signature recipes made from regional ingredients and pair dishes with New York State wines and beers.

Join the Pride of New York Program as we celebrate a decade of promoting NYS food, wines and agricultural products with a special cake-cutting ceremony.  Enjoy a delectable cake created exclusively for the Pride of New York by CIA pastry chefs.

All-Star Line-Up of Celebrity Chefs
Friday – 12 to 2 pm and 3 to 5 pm
Saturday – 11 am to 1 pm and 3 to 5 pm
Anton Plaza, Fountain Courtyard, Heinz Plaza, and King’s Walk

Watch 12 premier chefs (six each day) from across New York State as they hold cooking demonstrations and offer tastings of recipes made with New York foods. Each dish will be paired with New York State wines.

Harvest Festival and Trade Show

Visit and talk with more than 60 Pride of New York food and wine members as they offer samplings and Pride of New York products for sale including: artisan cheeses, fresh baked goods, sauces and marinades, specialty beers, wines,  fresh produce, meats and seafood, candy, ice cream, herbs, jams, dressings, honey, maple products, and much more.
